They try to make sure you're not the type to easily give up, and that you have better than average sales skills. Make sure you ask them how they have handled the rates increasing so much recently, and how will that directly affect your pay.
Easy and laid back. Good people. show up on time, expect there to be friendly conversation with some work questions sprinkled in. The ladies at the front desk are very friendly.

Easy! Sent my resume over via email, had a phone conversation, personality test and interview. A smooth and comfortable process. I was impressed with the quick communication. The first person I spoke with set the tone for this company. She was very professional and seemed interested in me and what I could bring to this position. The interview was great. I felt like if I was offered a position, I was going to be part of a family.
