It was a long interview, very detailed. I can say that it was one of the best ones that I have seen. I was really pleased. Maybe it is different with different recruiters, but In my experience it was nice.

Interview
Three part interview process. The entire interview is orchestrated by the HR Organization - SPO/SPM/SPT, and SPT (SP - Technical) in my particular case. There is an introduction phase, a technical phase, and a summary/exit phase. It takes about a half day for the complete process. I was treated respectfully throughout. They did not perform a team versus one stress management interview, although they did challenge technical ability.

Question 1
I was asked to read a technical drawing of a green tire assembly machine and name as many parts as I could. The drawing was in SI units, and drawn first angle projection as it was of French origin, whereas I was more familiar with third angle projection typical of the US.

Interview
I got the interview through an employee referrer. The interview wasn't too difficult. We went over my technical background and leadership background. Then they asked me to solve a few design problems. They wanted to see if you can come up with creative solutions.
