Applied via online, contacted via email for phone interview. Interviewer talked more about the position and company. No questions during the half hour phone call other than the final closing statement. Strangest "non-interview" I've had.

Interview
The company posted the job listing at the University of South Florida. I was on the career opportunity listerv which had the company, and job information. I applied via email, and was selected for an individual interview. The next interview was by group. The group consisted of members from each department of the company - Engineering, Research, Human Resources, Manufacturing. The offer was made via email.
