HR called and without any explanation about the role, told that they are sending a coding link and asked to write the code and send it back.
No description is given on the status of the job after submission of code.
When asked about compensation and other details - no information is provided.
Looks like they are getting their day to day job done by sending coding links to candidates.
Depends on position. Usually phone screen, and then possibly 2 additional panel interviews. Know company values and products. Micron hires strongly on soft skills but also places importance on technical knowledge. Be prepared for soft skill questions.

Phone interview by recruiter. Two sessions of face to face meeting and 1 video call. Each session is about 45 mins to an hour. Interview duration is about 60 days in total.

Consists of 3 stages, first stage with the program leaders, more people focus, questions about management style and how to deal with people. Second and third stages with department directors, more strategy focus, questions on future plans.
