Interview
Consists of 3 stages, first stage with the program leaders, more people focus, questions about management style and how to deal with people. Second and third stages with department directors, more strategy focus, questions on future plans.

Depends on position. Usually phone screen, and then possibly 2 additional panel interviews. Know company values and products. Micron hires strongly on soft skills but also places importance on technical knowledge. Be prepared for soft skill questions.

Phone interview by recruiter. Two sessions of face to face meeting and 1 video call. Each session is about 45 mins to an hour. Interview duration is about 60 days in total.
