The interview process was straightforward and they offered me the job. But, they retracted it citing that this was an internal position and was given to someone else. This was after I put in my resignation with my current company and this was communicated at the last minute.

Interview process smooth and they will ask technical question to test your technical knowledge. Need to know the project cycle and also the latest technologies. Need strong communications skills and able to work under pressure
