Interview
3 Step. First with Customer Relations Manager. If he likes you then a sales manager. And if he likes you the GM may want to meet you. It was like a career fair they hired a trainer to screen us. I think 15 people got hired within the first week. Some were selected for new, used, BDC, and internet sales.
