Interview
It is predefined interview process for freshers. Panel for interview was senior developers and lead.
Company focuses on your basic skills and confident of employee.
First Interview was the panel of senior software engineer.
If you were shortlisted for first round then in second round you need to give technical with team leader.
And after clearing of both technical rounds third is final HR round with director of company.
If all goes well then you offered by company.

Interview
It was a 3 part interview. The first was a short sit-down with the manager. He talked briefly about what I wanted in a company and what they did. It was pleasant. The 2nd and 3rd happened on the same day. We went to lunch and they went over all of the details of exactly what the day-to-day tasks would be. The third was only a couple minutes long; just making sure my experience was pleasant and to see if I had any questions that hadn't been answered. I was told that I should look for a phone call around 5:00pm that evening to see if I had gotten the position or not.
