The interview process can be described as personal and informal. The interviewer is my boss, and they want to get a sense of if you fit the team and the company's goals.
Met at the office, had the interview with the recruiter followed by a quick tour of the office as well as meeting fellow co-workers. Everything about the interview was easy, casual, and straightforward.
