Millbrook Proving Ground interview questions

A CV and Cover Letter, followed by verbal and numerical reasoning tests, then was an assessment centre day, where you had a tour and then had to give a presentation and answer situational interview questions

Interview process includes aptitude testing and management styles assessment prior to interview. Competency based interview consisting of approximately 5 different questions usually lasting approximately 1 hour. The manager and a representative of HR will be in attendance. You will also have the opportunity to discuss your career highlights.
