Very rigid interview. Only ask about my interest and the skill and nothing else relating to me as an individual. The questions do not follow up. Sometimes they ask the same thing even I have explained in the previous questions.
I was invited to do a first round interview with Millennium Capital Partners, it was all behavioural and motivational questions. It was a phone interview, the experience was not bad but sometimes it was hard to hear the interviewer as it sounded like he was on the trading floor.
