Interview
Had one screening interview over the phone with the Executive VP and two in-office interviews with the Executive VP and the General Sales Manager, the VP of Manufacturing, the Marketing Manager, and the HR Lead. The interviews went well and everyone I spoke to were polite and asked good questions. However, I never received any follow-up calls or emails after the third interview.

Interview
Pretty basic interview. The process was run by a women from HR and the manufacturing supervisor. They began openly telling about how they're has been a hiring freeze for 2 years along with a pay freeze for 2 years as well and explained how they were only hiring temps for now. Horrible thing is all of they're temporary employees make more money hourly then the people with similar positions who have been with the company for over 3 years. Which isn't saying much.
