The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Million Dollar Baby Co.
Interview
Pretty intensive interview process with three interviews plus a case-study design in between. Took probably three weeks in total. During my last interview with the ceo Teddy, he asked if I could make major changes to my case-study design and show him again, so I redid that entire design over the weekend. A few days after that, I got a generic automated rejection email. It honestly hurt that after three extensive interviews and many designs later, I didn't even get an email from a real person. Overall feels like a big waste of time for how long and intensive of a process it was
Invited to schedule a 15-minute phone call 2 weeks after I applied. The interview was very rushed and the interviewer cut me off multiple times during the call. I understand needing to get through the questions in a short amount of time but I was allowed one sentence about my background and relevant experience before we moved to the next question.
Thank you for sharing your interview experience. We'll use your feedback to improve our processes. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best in your job search!
I applied online. I interviewed at Million Dollar Baby Co.
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter for a phone interview. The questions were fairly standard and straightforward, but the conversation felt very rushed. I was barely given time to ask my own questions at the end, and had to ask if I could follow up via email—which felt a bit awkward.
I received a response five days later letting me know they were moving forward with other candidates whose qualifications were a closer match. That said, the role is still posted and appears to have been reposted multiple times since, which is a bit confusing.
Overall, the experience left me feeling that the process may not be as organized or communicative as it could be.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts about your recent interview experience for the Senior Account Manager role at Million Dollar Baby Co.
We understand that the 15-minute initial phone screening may have felt rushed, especially when you had questions of your own. These brief conversations are designed as an introductory step to align on key qualifications before deeper discussions, but we recognize that this format can sometimes limit the opportunity for a more thorough exchange. We appreciate your suggestion and will explore ways to better structure these calls to allow for more balanced dialogue.
Regarding the role’s reposting, we appreciate your note—hiring needs can shift as we evaluate team fit and business priorities, but we’ll aim to communicate updates more clearly moving forward.
