The first round of interviews consist of a group interview and a written test. Then I got a call back for the second round of which I interviewed with the managers - it was more like a chat than an interview.

After some simple screening question on the phone (basic questions related to research), I was given some information along with an incomplete presentation with around 2 days to fix and prepare for it. During the day of interview, I was also given a short written test prior to my presentation, which was fairly easy (basic logic and math questions along with some writing and translation). The presentation was held in a meeting room with 5-6 staff members monitoring the presenter's performance.
