Interview
I was interviewed three times and Milo. The first interview was pretty straightforward. For the second, they asked me to put together/complete an estimate. In the last interview, we discussed salary, benefits, vacation, company policies, etc.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Milo Construction (Boulder, CO) in Jun 2023
Interview
The initial interview was a phone screening on speaker phone with several people listening and only the HR person asking questions. It was very quick-fire Q&A, and any attempts at humor were ignored. Then I was asked to prepare a budget and schedule for a project, over a holiday weekend but "not spend too much time on it." What this boiled down to was basically creating a full preliminary / budgetary estimate for a position where this is not really one of your job functions, and a schedule which they stated was not one of the main job functions.
