In person. Around 40-50 minutes. Manager required to fill out 5 pages worth of questions. How you present yourself is very important (including shoes, accessories and makeup). Wearing Mimco products is beneficial. On the spot scenario questions. Warn references that the call would be 20+ minutes long.
