I applied online. I interviewed at Mind Over Machines
Interview
There were 3 stages of interviews: HR screening, phone/technical screening, and in-person interview.
I was rather concerned that during the initial screening, the HR representative asked me whether I had dependents (children). Definitely not compliant with EEO standards. This is not the 1950s. The technical staff was fine to talk to.

Interview
I had a phone interview then an in person interview, the guy was very rude and seemed like he didnt want to interview me. He asked me questions and made me try to contradict myself. I havent heard back from them and Im glad I didnt. I couldnt see myself working there and they seemed very unprofessional. Accepted an offer with a REALLY big company 2 days after. MY recommendation is dont work here, they work you like dogs, you can do better than these wannabe professionals.
We truly hope the phone interview didn't happen as this reviewer describes; it would be completely contrary to our values and practices and other documented interview experiences. But even if it did occur as described, the reviewer reports that this was his/her only contact with the company. How then would he/she have any basis to claim "they work you like dogs"? The entire review seems suspect.
