Was contacted by a recruiter who put me forward for it and interview process involved 3 stages of which 2 were teams, final interview was F2F in Germany. I thought the questions were good, not trying to catch you out and focused on suitability for the role and long term progression at the company. Could tell from this stage that it was a good company to work for.
