Had a bad experience during the interview process. Initially contacted for an interview, I was not informed the position had been filled. Surprisingly, I was later approached again, attended until the final round, but faced a lack of communication from HR despite follow-up messages. The inconsistency and apparent lack of professionalism in handling the situation left me with a negative impression. Ignoring my messages have raised concerns about the company’s professionalism.
