Long and cumbersome process seemingly to extract best practices for free.
7 hours in interviews, 1.5 hours with recruiters, 10+ hours on prep and project work kept on public server. Nearly 20 hours invested in the process for generic feedback and a message that wished me luck in my career at a company that I never worked for (another tech giant).
Throughout the process interviewers were late and left no time for questions.
Last interview the team had clearly not looked at the project work and one of the 2 panel members has clearly never even looked at my resume.
Disrespectful in style and preparedness.
