The interview process included a 30-minute recruiter session no prep just a generalized video , a 45-minute hiring manager interview (some prep info) , a group panel, and a follow-up with an unnamed partner leader, totaling multiple stages. Although they had no answer me, no follow up, it was unprofessional.

Basic initial interview with the recruiter then four more interviews including a panel interview. The process seemed overly long and unnecessary. Overall, I think the process should be improved as a prospective worker.
