I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Mission Yogurt (Denver, CO) in Jan 2025
Interview
Interview process was generally very positive. I was contacted by their recruiter via my LinkedIn profile, based on my experience. I did not directly apply. First interview with the recruiter was via Zoom to go over my resume and relevant experience. Second interview was more technical with upper level operators and HR over zoom. Third interview was in person out at the Denver airport. This was with an upper level operator and a would-be direct report. Everything seemed to be going very well. I left feeling good with the operator letting me know that I would hear back by the end of the week to schedule a final interview. I was then ghosted, nothing at all from the operator or recruiter.
Less than a day long process, was done in person. Nothing out of the ordinary. The interview itself wasn’t that extensive, I answered a few questions and received the job.
