The interview process was straightforward, and the interviewers were friendly. The discussion did not focus heavily on technical questions, making the overall experience relatively easy. After the interview, I received prompt feedback within 48 hours, informing me that they would be extending an offer. However, they took about a week to prepare the offer and invited me to visit their office to review, accept, and start the job all on the same day.
I politely requested additional time to review the offer independently, as I was concerned about being pressured into accepting unfavorable terms due to the immediate start. Surprisingly, their response was abrupt, stating that they had "acknowledged my request to review the offer" but had decided to move forward with another candidate—this was before I had even received the offer.
The company's handling of the situation felt unprofessional, and while disappointing, I’m grateful that they revealed their true nature early in the process. It raised red flags about how they treat their candidates, which was ultimately a red flag for me as a prospective employee.
