Mobeus Industries interview questions

Stupid process. After applying, they make you complete a 15 minute questionnaire with some questions requiring verbal responses. Then, if you pass that, you get another email saying you were shortlisted out of all their 200+ candidates and to complete yet another questionnaire, on video this time! Despite it feeling fishy, and the obvious (not to mention possibly illegal) ways they can discriminate against applicants via video appearance, I did all they asked, just to be rejected even though I’m immensely qualified.
