The interview process was very easy, they asked me questions about me personally and what Im looking for in a company. Followed by that they gave an overview about the company

Conversational and rapid. Territory manager and store manager were there. Very casual and relaxed. It felt unusual. My experience impressed them. On boarding took weeks and I almost gave up and pursued other opportunities.
