There two rounds in train to hire program one is coding test and other hr interview. In coding round there is time limit. In Delhi mobiloitte is situated in okhla, New Delhi.

It has two step :
coding round and apptitue round
apptitue contains 10 questions time duration : 15 mint
coding questions 10 questions ( easy level) time time duration : 1:30 hours+
you have to attend only 8 questions that was mandatory
