Mobvoi interview questions

They arranged 5 rounds of interviews. For the 1st round no one showed up, and the other 4 rounds were quite similar, mostly checking programming skills. Then they kept me waiting for a month. No matter how I followed up, they always told me the one who could make the decision was not available.
