The process took 2 weeks. I was sent an email asking for a 30 minute phone interview. Set up the interview and it went well. Was told I would be receiving an email to set up a in person panel interview. I did get the email for the panel interview however, I would have to present for at least 15 minutes on a topic they chose pertaining to the job I applied for. I met with some wonderful people. Before I got started on my interview I received hugs and encouraging words. This boosted my confidence as I presented. I interacted with them and made my presentation informative yet fun. I had this interview on a Friday. Monday I was called to set up a time to speak with the Senior Recruiter to "discuss pay". This call was set up on a Tuesday. Tuesday rolled around and I basically interviewed again via phone with the Senior Recruiter. Wednesday- I was called and informed they were discussing all the candidates and I should hear something by Monday. But ohhh no I got a call Thursday with a verbal job offer. I am now under going a back ground and educational check. Let me tell you, the process is very grueling, high anxiety, and unpredictable. However, I wanted to work with and for this company for quite some time so I'm over the moon. They are precise, strong recruiting follow through, and honest. What more can you ask for in the hiring process?
