I applied online. I interviewed at Modis (Rochester, NY) in Aug 2020
Interview
Interview phone call, two assessments given by IBM, and then if you score favorably, you're in. The guy was quite nice, and definitely was able to answer any questions I had.

Question 1
Would you be willing to take a series of assessments?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Modis (Chicago, IL) in Jul 2015
Interview
Don't hold your breath or take time off of work for this company.
Working with Modis has been disorganized, and with poor communication follow-up on the recruiter's end. I was contacted through email / phone by a Modis recruiter for a vague Web Developer position. I interviewed in-person with the recruiter, and then the same day with several hiring managers in a group session. They really pumped me up about applying for the supposed positions they had to offer.
As it turns out, the main hiring manager who was in charge of my applications quit or otherwise left Modis, and I was never notified. I followed up every several days about my application, and it was not until a month later did I receive feedback from my recruiter (email, not phone). I have emailed and left voicemails since this time, with little to no follow-up communication. I am very disappointed with the customer service this company provides.
Also, Modis hires for "contract to hire roles" where they receive close to 20% of your negotiated salary as a part of the contract. Just FYI.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Modis (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2015
Interview
Role was described as being a fit more for personality by Modis, and then the feedback was entirely about experience. I felt misinformed and badly represented because I went in with one perception and came out with entirely another. The whole process could have been handled much differently as well, concerning the initial screening and candidate identification. I had listed experience with a company I was subcontracted contracted to, and the original opportunity conflicted with my current terms and was not pursued. The recruiter needed to be guided through by hand on exactly why/how I would be in breach.

Question 1
Can you go through the job description and make a note beside everything to indicate experience?
