Interview
The first interviewer, the production manager, was eager to get me hired and tried to give me a couple of opportunities. The second interview was with the directory board; they were hesitant and just tried to find an entry-level guy. My second chance, which was with the modeling team lead, was horrible. He just tried to avoid hiring a new guy. I don't know what the company wants.
It was over the phone. They asked simple questions based on my resume, but they wanted you to have at least six months of paid, professional experience. Told me to get back afterwards.
I was contacted for this position but quickly realized they are racist. Most of the company is predominantly white. I dont want to work where marginalized people aren't welcomed. They boast diversity but the company is lacking and the ceo has no clue
