Interview
Mojang and Microsoft utilize a system where you meet with various people on the same day, back to back. It was almost four solid hour of interviews where each were tasked with asking a specific set of questions around different areas of the business. My final interview was with an Engineer who went off of the process that I had been prepared for and did not ask me any actual questions but rather just awkwardly discussed data points with me. He also abruptly ended the interview without leaving me any time to ask questions.

Interview
The process was extremely clear, speedy and very transparent. I was given a clear description of the role and expectations for the recruitment process. Was much speedier than most recruitment processes I've been in in Stockholm.
