All questions scenario questioned, I was interviewed by the manager and assistant manager. It was fairly short interview (no more than 30 minutes) and after had a general chat about my CV. There was a big focus on company knowledge and customer service. Overall, I had a very good experience working there, it was a small team (7 of us all together) and got along very well. Great perks with allocation too.

1 interview round and 1 trial shift at the store. Both are only 20-30 minutes. The store manager had a set list of questions that come form the company, but it was also a bit of a chat, they share about how they do things as much as they ask you to share your experience as well. Trail shift is an opportunity to meet other staff and see how you vibe. Didn't get many customers that day so in a way I didn't quite get to demonstrate my skills.

Interview
Normal face to face interview process, meet the team, look around the store and be ready to have customer service answers prepped. Dress smartly because the brand is luxury. They will ask similar customer service questions.
