Later that same evening, I was invited for an in-person interview the next working day. I met with the hiring manager, Tim, who clearly explained the job responsibilities, team structure, and training process (which lasts two weeks), and remuneration. The in-person interview was straightforward, with just one key question: “Why do you think you're the right fit for this job?”
That same evening, I received a confirmation that I got the job. Overall, the process was quick, smooth, and professional.
