I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Moms In Motion in Feb 2026
Interview
Signed into zoom at meeting start time. Was immediately told in chat, "Hi please give me five minutes." I told him to take his time. No video, mic off, just silence. At the 15 minute mark, I politely messaged that it might be best to reschedule. He replied, "Almost ready." Another 10 minutes of silence. At the 25-minute mark, I messaged that I wanted the full time alloted to discuss my work experience and ask questions but that half the meeting time had already passed. So I will happily reschedule for another time next week. He finally came on-camera, apologizing for being on the phone with the COO despite telling her he was in the middle of interview. Then immediately started with, "Let's cut to the chase and discuss salary." No questions about my background. No mention of my resume or application. Just salary. And when I respectfully admitted that the salary was at least 20K under my expectations (and that's being generous), he responded that he'd keep that in mind if the job is reposted. Then promptly ended the meeting.
TLDR: This was the most unprofessional interview I have ever had. If all you care about is salary, and are offering WAY below what even an entry-level positions would be despite being overqualified, then at least have the decency to end the meeting if running late.

Interview
Interview was setup quickly over email and zoom was done soon after they reviewed application. The interviewer was nice and friendly. They said it would be a week before I heard back from agency.

Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter for a phone screening. In the application salary expectations were asked and I gave my expectations based on the work described in the posting (which in all realistic expectations is the workload of at least two people). Salary was ridiculously low (lower than even a first year teacher).
