Initial telephone conversation. Sent a Product Management exercise to complete and send back. Didn't hear for over a week, however when feedback was given, very disrespectful, insulting and unhelpful. This was after investing a lot of time and effort into the exercise. They claim to use Agile however do not actually understand it based on their Agile estimation technique, therefore couldn't correctly and accurately assess Agile-based task for the Product Management exercise. Clearly the exercise was to get Product ideas from candidates and then be disrespectful towards them with their feedback.
