Contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. Took over a week after sending CV to be sent a take-home test then heard nothing at all. Screwed me around badly to be honest.
Feedback given was mostly subjective.
I already had a job offer at that point anyway.
I think if I had continued to wait for this company to interview me it would have taken 6-8weeks given their pace. I also suspect they would have ghosted me at the end of the interview process.
