I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at MongoDB (Dublin, Dublin) in Dec 2019
Interview
First I was approached by the hiring manager for the first, pretty straight forward, interview about my previous experience. Followed an interview with the manager for the role and a peer interview. The last stage was a nice role play interview when they ask you to play the role of a Customer Success Manager in a product demo presentation, while the play the role of customers. You have plenty of time to prepare for this (you'll have also a prep call with one of the recruiters) and they give you also all the material you need (.ppt deck, information about the customer etc...)

Question 1
Why Mongo DB? Why Dublin? What's your previous experience on the role? What have you found difficult in your previous role(s)? What's your experience in communication between different teams?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at MongoDB
Interview
Recruiter reached out to me back in October. Had various interviews and was a very start/stop process. Original recruiter was fired, one of the team members I interviewed with left the company. No one would explain why or what happened with them. Company would go on hiring freeze and week later, no more freeze. Red flags everywhere. Final round was a presentation round which is a lot of effort for an interview process. They expect you to know their product inside/out during the presentation when this is only an interview. Overall, declined offer as the interview process is indicative of the company and believe I dodged a bullet.
I applied online. I interviewed at MongoDB (Frankfurt am Main)
Interview
Company makes very positive impression and two people I had a pleasure to speak with were highly professional. After speaking with recruiter and team leader unfortunately I never received any feedback about next stage or disqualification, lack of communication at that stage was a bit disappointing.

Question 1
asked mostly about skills and experience, language skills
Process was thorough and organized, there is an interviewee portal used that details where you are in the process, who you've met with, who you're going to meet with, and any reference materials needed to complete each step. Communication was reliable throughout the process.
