I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at MongoDB (Stockholm, Stockholm)
Interview
1. Talk to Recruiter 2. Meeting with RD 3. Test (personality + logic) 4. Meeting with RVP 5. "The Challenge" - Find 5 companies with the right "MongoDB"-fit and explain why MongoDB can be of good use to them. Choose one company for deeper analysis and discovery role play. Between the steps you might want to talk to reps and/or pre-sales in MongoDB (this is encouraged) in preparation for the challenge.
Process is 7 steps. It is very challenging and time intensive but very rewarding when you get accepted. The communication throughout was very professional and I knew what each step had in store for me.
I applied online. I interviewed at MongoDB (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2026
Interview
Went through 6 differen't interviews and then spent 30 hours on the challenge, only to not get the offer on a technicality. In my opinion the process isn't best structured to get the right people.
