I was given a preliminary interview a couple of months after submitting the application. I had an in-person interview, and they said I would hear back about a final interview from the main company. Never heard anything back. They have since reposted the position with a lower pay range.

Interview
You get the impression that everything is normal, you discuss prior experience, basic questions, and wage negotiations. Then they throw all of that out the window and pay you the absolute minimum.

Question 1
If you had already been at work for 12 hrs and you were asked to stay and build some parts that were in need, if you would stay and continue working 2-3 more hours. (That should have been a red flag right there.)

Interview
First interview was promised the world but no follow through. Was fairly short but had some red tape. Questions were general interview questions, was fairly casual. Felt like I was given false facts about moving up within the company which was near impossible
