It was an interview via Zoom then a second interview was scheduled in-person with the Head of the School. They were quite pleasant to interview with, however my second interview was cancelled due to a current employee wanting the job I had applied for (which is understandable and says something positive about the school's culture albeit frustrating for a candidate on a job hunt).
