Interview
There was an initial hour long phone interview. During this interview they ask many technical questions from topics ranging from life insurance, finance, C++, as well as asked about my background.
After the phone interview they suggested that I need to work on my C++ in order to be successful at GGY and recommended a book to read. They said that once I read the book and felt comfortable with the material to let them know and they would be happy to bring me in for in-person interviews
The in-person interview process lasted a whole day. I was interviewed by 6 people, individually, and also asked technical questions throughout. There was also a C++ test where they asked me to write code for a simple program on paper.
No HR call, the manager directly asked me for my SOA attempts and grades out of sudden. Very unusual as I have never asked of this, this was more than transcript request.

It was for the full time job offer. I was contacted by the email first, saying that they will schedule a phone interview with me first. If I pass the phone interview, I could expect a face to face interview.
