After I submitted my application online, HR contacted me the next day and asked me to complete a questionnaire. Questions are very easy and straightforwrd. In the following week, HR arranged a phone interview for me with a senior director. The phone interview was all about technical questions and it took 40 minutes. Didn't get any feedback since then.
