I applied online. I interviewed at Moog Inc. (Gilbert, AZ) in Nov 2020
Interview
I applied through Indeed for the position. About a week later I got a call from the recruiter asking to set up an interview time.
The first interview was a multi-person interview through Skype. They asked all the general questions and were very responsive to the questions I had for them as well. The only downside was that, due to Covid, the interviewers were all sitting far apart and some far away from the speaker. This made it so I had trouble hearing a couple of them.
A couple of weeks later I got a call from the recruiter requesting a time for a secondary on-site interview. The secondary interview consisted of 3 30min individualized mini-interviews with supervisors and department heads, and 1 phone interview with the HR representative to go over benefits. The 3 interviewers were all very friendly, asked reasonable questions, explained in-detail the position, and responded to my questions as well. It was a very long process and I was exhausted by the time it was over, but altogether I would say it was pleasant and gave me a taste for the company.

Question 1
How does your previous experience and schooling relate to this position?
Can you tell me what you know about an electrical circuit?
*After I responded honestly about my knowledge*
Can you answer this problem: If I had 2 resistors in series, both with a resistance of 10ohms. What is the total resistance of the circuit?
Say I have a circuit that is in space and there is a component that outputs either a 1 or a 0. We always want the switch to be a 1 in order for the board to function, but if the board is hit by radiation it is possible that it'll flip and become a 0. How could we make sure that the switch always outputted a 1?
