So the interview was scheduled by reaching out HR directly from the Linkedin. - At the scheduled time my technical interview was conducted. - After that, CEO was interested to take my interview. - After that HR took my typical interview and asked me to negotiate pay. I agreed to decrease from my current pay and join asap. - HR asked me to wait till evening so they can discuss and let me know when can I join. After this scenario I never heard back from them - I took follow ups and each follow up was answered as a "They will let me know before evening". - After few follow ups they replied : "We are on a discussion for your profile as for this profile we are not having that much budget (THEIR OWN MENTIONED BUDGET AT THE TIME OF INTERVIEW) and if we may give you as per your expectation so it willl take some time finalise". SO BEWARE OF THEIR FALSE PROMISES OF CALLING IN EVENING. TAKE UP THEIR DECISIVE CALL IF ITS YES OR NO BEFORE LEAVING INTERVIEW VENUE.
