The initial interview was with the HR generalist via Teams. She was great! Very outgoing, attentive, and detailed. Got a call from her a few days later inviting me for an in-person interview with the team. There were 4 of them, but they split the sessions in two. I was impressed at how they not only described the role so well, but also the company's culture, and the challenges that the role might encounter. It lasted about an hour.
