Email exchanges and 30 minute phone conversation with a recruiter. 30 minute phone conversation with a Client Services team member a month or two later. Received an offer after the second phone call.

4 rounds, 1 project. People were great, project took a couple hours. Final round was with manager. Salary was kind of non negotiable. Role did substantially change after i got hired so i feel like it wasnt described well on the listing.
