There were three interviews in the process.
The phone interview was with an HR representative. The questions were pretty standard, including questions about my skills and experience.
The first face-to-face interview was with a VP and a manager. The questions were standard. There were few behavioural questions, but also questions about my working style, etc. Both interviewers were pleasant to speak with.
I was called back for a second interview after two weeks. At the beginning of the second interview, I was told that DBRS's hiring process was backlogged so they brought me in for a second interview because they were aware that I was probably job hunting elsewhere too. I appreciated this honesty and consideration for my situation.
In the second interview, I spoke briefly with two other people who worked in the department. They just asked me to run them through my resume and I just asked them a couple of questions. It was a very short interview.
Eventually, I received an offer from another organization so I contacted DBRS for an update on my status as a candidate. Unfortunately, they hired someone else for the role. Overall, I got a nice vibe from all the people I had spoken with and would probably like to work there in the future.
