Here are the most commonly searched roles for interview reports -
My first interview was an online interview with one of MAB's senior developers - he was extremely friendly and although he was having to follow a set of questions it was very casual and he put me at ease. This interview was an hour long and it was to understand how I would approach situations and to get an idea of what I'm like as a person.
The second interview was with the Head of Change & Delivery and a Lead Developer - this interview was in person and was based around competency based questions and to get more of an understanding of my past experience and for me to understand more about the role. Again, both interviewers were extremely friendly, tried to keep the interview casual and I left the interview with a great impression of the company.
