Interview
Met with the head of HR, CEO and Production Manager. Took about and hour and a half and included a tour of the manufacturing facility. The interview took place in the CEO's office and I walked them through my resume and answered all their questions. It was a very comfortable setting.

What my quality back round was, my understanding of corrective actions and root cause knowledge. Walked them through my resume. Examples of some of the continuous improvements I implemented at my current employer.
Easy interview. I had a phone interview first and was basically told I had the job. Cam ein and did a walk around at the facility and was offered the job.
