-Apply, email, phone+ phone with hiring manager very directly adding a degree of brief directness that really makes you wonder if you prepared well enough. It was casual, but different. Not the easiest or the hardest interview process. Guess I’m just not used to being very much on the spot. Also this is from 2021 so take it for what it is.
